Why do I see iRaiser on my bank statement?

Wondering why your account shows a payment was made to iRaiser? It likely corresponds to an online donation you made to support a not-for-profit organisation of your choice.

What is iRaiser?

iRaiser empowers not-for-profit organisations to raise funds online in support of their causes. When you make a donation through an online donation form, the charity may be using our solutions—just like the 850+ European organisations we proudly support.

This is why your bank statement may display iRaiser instead of the charity's name. Rest assured, the full donation amount made through the charity’s website has been transferred directly to them.

If you need help following a payment (to request a refund, for example), we invite you to contact the organisation to which you made an online donation. We are unable to process this type of claim on behalf of charities that use our solutions.

If you're unsure who authorised the debit to your account, we can help you identify the organisation. Simply submit an information request here, and we’ll assist you.

On behalf of our customers, we would like to thank you for supporting non-profit organisations and charities. Thanks to your help and generosity, they can increase their positive impact on the world a little more every day.💚
